Pre-release test build for the PSX-1200 ATT timing follow-up.

What this tests (MPGPSX1200Test build):

• Increases the PSX ATT settle delay from 50 us to 130 us for the PSX_1200_TEST build.
• Applies that longer settle window before the first clock edge and after deselect.
• Keeps the earlier PSX-1200 test changes: 2 ms per-port poll spacing and analog init retries.
