As the user you have access to 3 config options:
Real Time
Force Hour (currently not working great)
In Game Minute Length In Seconds
Any one of these settings you customize will effect all of the mods that use LSTAPI. The point of LSTAPI is that they are all referencing one source so they are all synced up together.
Real Time
Off (Default): LSTAPI will use it's own pseudo time (in-game time) as the base for time.
On: LSTAPI will use your real life time (fetched from your OS) as the base for time.
Force Hour (currently not working great)
Anything greater than 0 (disabled) and less than 24 will force the hour to be that number.
This was provided so if you liked a specific world-state you could keep the time frozen there for as long as you like.
In Game Minute Length In Seconds
This sets how long an in-game minute will last in real life seconds.
The Default of 1 will make a full in-game day last 24 minutes in real life, you can of course adjust this to your preference.
While the Default starts at 1, it can be modified to a decimal as well, 1.7 is perfectly valid for example.
