• Steered prompts now preserve their host-provided display content in app-server session history.
• Preserve the selected permission mode when a session starts in a worktree.
• Managed worktree creation, attachment, and retention cleanup are serialized across processes, and stale reservations are recovered safely.
• Stop dropping a session from the picker when it is touched while paging through the list.
