• Verified personal devices can invite, question and task their own agents without a second AgentNet approval. Native harness tools and permissions remain unchanged.
• Stop an exact running request from another personal device, with pending and final status preserved across restart.
• Cancel or refresh a pending group invitation while its originating device is offline, without invalidating unrelated invitations.
• Preserve drafts and expose the mention picker; improve selected-chat queries and release idle delivery locks.
• Restore Android message, approval and reminder notifications, including truthful system-permission status and exact tap destinations.
• Recover matching history copies of locally deleted native messages without restoring their text, files or work. Technical sync diagnostics remain in troubleshooting.
• Keep completed agent replies deliverable when their parent request finishes normally.
• Preserve owner harness launchers, report launch failures to the requester, and use Codex native app-server permission handling.

Install the Android APK over the existing preview. Do not uninstall or relink. Verify downloads against SHA256SUMS.
