Crossfade and gapless (simulated) playback, somewhat experimental
Next song will be cached ahead of time for faster playback

"Queue Refill" reworked into Jukebox; giving user added items priority
Queue 'Show currently playing' (eye icon) reworked to be Queue 'Follow currently playing' (footsteps icon) which when activated will keep the currently playing item at the top of the list
