Adds an extra toggle to the base GenericToggle, and adds an additional GenericToggle4 with 4 total actions that can be sent to the Sim.
Useful for the TBM 930 for example, where to turn the landing lights on you also must turn the Taxi Lights off and set the Light potentiometers.
Disclaimer: I am not a C#, HTML, or Javascript coder. I just copied variables and method calls in a way that seemed to make sense to me. I am surprised it works. I would not be surprised if it is broken in some way. Use at your own risk or change the source to suit.
