* Removes refs to process.env and EnvironmentPlugin. Moves all env vars to APP_SETTINGS, properties renamed to align, supplied via envalid. * Provide base url for tests * Read value inside component render for tests * Type fix * Remove console log * Removes remaining SITE_NAME refs on process.env * Add to type * Add to test globals * Remove comment * Use APP_SETTINGS in urls test
