Release with system image examples

This "release" contains the system images for both the BBB and the server. Please beware that when the SD card image is booted on the BBB it will copy itself over your BBB's eMMC. The server image is provided as a Dockerfile that can be used to very easily generate the actual Docker image. See the updated README.md for instructions on how to use both images.
