Version with tclmain support.

This version provides a procedure hyperhelp::main with argv argument which allows to call the application directly using the tclmain application.

You can then call it like this:

tclmain -m hyperhelp hyperhelp-docu.txt Lists --font Candara --fontmono Consolas
