Notification API Enhancements

Activity Log: Project Event Tracking

• High-Level Summary: Extended the activity log schema to comprehensively track project-level lifecycle events. This feature enables detailed auditing of project creation and description modifications, featuring structured before/after state comparisons, parameter tracking, and native support in the LogEntry model.
• Added ProjectCreated and ProjectDescriptionUpdated schema classes to capture project lifecycle events.
• Implemented change tracking models (ProjectCreatedChanges, ProjectDescriptionUpdatedChanges) with dedicated After and Before state classes to compare pre- and post-modification data.
• Added ParameterProperty and Name enum models for structured metadata representation.
• Updated LogEntry type unions, match statements, and JSON serialization logic to fully support the new ProjectCreated and ProjectDescriptionUpdated action types.
