Breaking Changes (#292)

  • iOS 15.0 minimum. The plugin now depends on Mixpanel-swift 7.0.0, which requires iOS 15.0 to meet Xcode 27's minimum deployment target. CocoaPods apps must set platform :ios, '15.0' in ios/Podfile. Need iOS 13–14? Stay on 2.x and build with Xcode 26.
  • macOS 12.0 minimum. CocoaPods apps must set platform :osx, '12.0' in macos/Podfile. Need macOS 10.15–11? Stay on 2.x and build with Xcode 26.
  • MixpanelSwiftCommon 2.0. Mixpanel-swift 7.0.0 depends on MixpanelSwiftCommon ~> 2.0. If your iOS or macOS app also pulls in a native Mixpanel pod that pins MixpanelSwiftCommon 1.x (such as Mixpanel-swift 6.x or the native MixpanelSessionReplay 1.x), upgrade it too or pod install will fail to resolve.
  • Building with Xcode 27 requires Flutter 3.47+. Earlier Flutter versions fail Xcode 27's architecture verification (flutter/flutter#188461). The package's own Flutter floor is unchanged at 3.19.
