What's Changed

This release adds support for evaluating Feature Flags locally with a full-featured runtime logic engine, using rules configured in the Mixpanel UI (see https://docs.mixpanel.com/docs/tracking-methods/sdks/nodejs/nodejs-flags#local-evaluation). There is no change to the SDK API.
