2.6.0 TODO: Stem controls in all skins?

Feature Description

• Tango can adopt the LateNight implementation
• Deere? waveforms can be stacked (LateNight implementation) or in each deck (too small for full-features STEM controls)
• Shade? Will it get STEM support at all?

We agreed in the meeting that we do need to have some amount of stem support in all skins

It is ok for Shade not to support Stems -- so this only applies to Tango and Deere
