Installer architecture and cross-platform support:

  • Add a native PowerShell installer wrapper and Windows CI entrypoint; the wrapper delegates to the same Python installer and supports local or pinned remote sources like the POSIX shell path.
  • Add official Codex marketplace layout, legacy state migration, policy symlink opt-in, and post-marketplace config fingerprint verification.

Validation:

  • GitHub Actions passed on Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows.
