Convert MCP tool definitions (tools/list) into OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Vercel AI SDK tool/function schemas, with per-runtime quirks handled (Gemini OpenAPI-subset cleaning, Vercel name-keyed record). Library + CLI (--target). Node 20/22 CI, ~96% coverage, AGPL-3.0.
