DACS Forge v0.1.1 — public qualification evidence

This source-only patch preserves the v0.1.0 fixture/no-spend runtime and makes
its independent-consumer and extension-only reference-fork qualification
directly acquirable from the public release.

Evidence correction

  • The standalone consumer source is a complete Git bundle at commit
    a8e307a34a143357dc3e74203854ad1fa9918027. It imports the built public Forge
    entrypoint and no producer, lifecycle, fixture, database, handler, service, or
    Forge source module. Its 32-test positive and mutation matrix passes against
    the public v0.1.0 build and the published serialized graph.
  • The Counterparty Evidence reference fork is a complete shared-history Git
    bundle at commit e8b2f2cc2fd7e18dc222488866218d5d9b5e7212, tree
    954cf9a3efd1eb795e2fa1b47bbd1767ce1ac458. Its exact product authority is
    separately bundled at 863ff5b0bfecf1e40a7a84d02cf1021ffa2f5866.
  • The qualification index binds every report,
    source revision, asset locator, and digest. The release manifest,
    compatibility record, and capability profile all use the same
    qualified-public-evidence disposition.

Boundary

Counterparty Evidence emits fixture observations, source descriptors,
timestamps, hashes, availability, ambiguity, and explicit limitations. It does
not issue KYB certificates, establish source truth, make compliance or sanctions
decisions, or use live sources.

The Forge-local WorkProductReceipt remains non-normative. DACS-2 Delivery,
DACS-4 SettlementEvidence, and the DACS-5 graph remain the interoperability
boundary. This release adds no registration, deployment, payment, transfer,
production, certification, steward endorsement, Community listing, or adoption
claim.

The tag is annotated but is not claimed as cryptographically signed. No
maintainer signing identity and consumer trust policy are configured. Immutable
GitHub release attestation and public asset readback remain mandatory.

DACS Forge v0.1.0 — Product Seal

DACS Forge is a forkable DACS reference service and conformance kit for building specific service agents. v0.1.0 is its first supported source release and remains strictly fixture/no-spend.

What ships

  • A deterministic lifecycle from signed Listing and bilateral Vet through Agreement, settlement, Delivery, independent verification, and role-local DACS-5 bundles.
  • Exact binding of the executed service handler's canonical output bytes into Delivery, receipt, persistence, restart replay, and the terminal artifact graph.
  • A narrow service-fork contract: metadata, schemas, handler, and fixtures under service/; protocol, persistence, signing, verification, and the release rig remain Forge-owned.
  • One qualified direct upgrade edge from the immutable, unsupported v0.1.0-preview.2 release through shared Git history.
  • Source archives generated by GitHub from the annotated v0.1.0 tag. No package, binary, or container image is distributed.

Release identity and verification

  • Source commit: 81507c792c158a5782ea67e6c43c873d49356903
  • DACS profile: immutable DACS-Standard v0.4 at 4bb9e48a1095ab32c06c25b7c0b52018d3ce4091
  • Direct predecessor: v0.1.0-preview.2 at 0c6e92cc707c62db0ca3c9627d59bb95ba9970e9
  • The base service and an extension-only Counterparty Evidence fork passed the complete pinned release rig in fresh, separate clones. The fork differs from Forge only in the declared service/ extension paths.
  • Publication requires green CI on the exact release commit, immutable-release attestation, and credential-free public clone readback.

The machine-readable release manifest, capability profile, compatibility disposition, and upgrade guide define the exact supported surface.

Boundaries

This release does not provide or claim live registration, live payment, a production deployment, normative DACS conformance authority, certification, steward endorsement, Community listing, or adoption. It must not be used for live value transfer.

DACS Forge v0.1.0-preview.2

This is the immutable, unsupported final Preview for the first DACS Forge Product Seal upgrade probe. It is a fixture/no-spend source snapshot, not a Product Seal or production release.

It replaces v0.1.0-preview.1 as the intended direct Product Seal predecessor. The earlier release remains unchanged as historical provenance, but it was not protected by GitHub immutable releases and is not the qualified predecessor.

Source and compatibility pins

  • Source commit: 0c6e92cc707c62db0ca3c9627d59bb95ba9970e9
  • DACS-Standard: immutable v0.4 at 4bb9e48a1095ab32c06c25b7c0b52018d3ce4091
  • Community Listing fixture: 634caef4b952838281c8c602402e657d41074703
  • Machine-readable capability and rig profile: release/preview-profile.json

Included

  • A fixture service lifecycle whose canonical handler output is the only Delivery payload and remains resolvable through the terminal artifact graph.
  • Restart-safe replay without a second handler, settlement, or delivery effect.
  • An independently exercised serialized-artifact consumer path.
  • A service-generic release rig qualified against a materially different extension-only service fork.
  • Public provenance, security, contribution, governance, versioning, and upgrade contracts.

Verification

The exact release commit passed the commands declared in release/preview-profile.json. The local full suite reported 1,063 tests, 60,879 assertions, and zero failures; mutation calibration killed 17/17 mutants; and the container verifier observed network mode none, UID 1000, and zero live or telemetry effects.

Publication requires GitHub Actions success on this exact commit, repository immutable releases enabled before release creation, an immutable release attestation, and a credential-free fresh-clone readback. The immutable release can be checked with gh release verify v0.1.0-preview.2 --repo mj-deving/dacs-forge.

This source-only release intentionally uploads no package, container image, or other release asset. GitHub-generated source archives are projections of the tagged Git tree.

Explicit boundaries

This Preview does not claim:

  • Product Seal or supported-release status;
  • production deployment readiness;
  • live registration, payment, anchoring, or other live-value capability;
  • package or container-image publication;
  • DACS conformance authority, certification, Community listing, adoption, steward endorsement, or normative status.

The only direct predecessor intended for the first Product Seal update qualification is this exact Preview. That compatibility edge remains unproven until the separate extension-only reference-fork migration and complete Product Seal qualification pass.
