Highlights

This release adds native Windows server support and a one-command installer.
Windows users can install without administrator rights using:

irm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mjason/dala/main/install.ps1 | iex

The installer downloads the latest stable Windows x86_64 server release,
verifies its SHA-256 checksum, registers a per-user logon Scheduled Task, and
waits for the server health check. Run the same command again to upgrade in
place while preserving configuration and data. The server ZIP and checksum are
also available below for offline installation.

Windows configuration is stored in %APPDATA%\Dala\config.jsonc, data in
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Dala\data, and launcher logs in
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Dala\logs.
