ShareBeacon 0.10
macOS 27 is now built and tested in CI alongside macOS 26. The settings window moves to Liquid Glass and the modern Tab API, and the core replaces locks with Mutex.
Fixes:
- The log filter bar drew a second glass outline around the segmented filter. The surrounding container is gone, and the segments size to their labels instead of being clipped.
- The mount point field kept only the first character of the share name. The suggestion now follows every keystroke and never overwrites a value you entered, with tests covering it.
- The endpoint check could resume its completion twice when a connection finished concurrently. The continuation is now taken and cleared in one critical section.
- The About panel links to the project site instead of the repository.
CI compares release versions numerically, and the guard no longer rejects the tag it is building.
ShareBeacon 0.9
Clarified the default user-owned mount point and documented custom mount locations. Synchronized release metadata across Xcode, the README, the landing page, and the Homebrew cask template.
ShareBeacon 0.8
Log entries now show full timestamps (yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss) so entries remain distinguishable across days after an overnight wakeup. Added a landing page at mjoe.github.io/sharebeacon with SEO metadata and a social preview image for better discoverability.
ShareBeacon 0.7
Fresh installs now start with an empty share list instead of the example NAS from the original project. The project link is available in the menu bar, Settings, and About credits, Settings lists Project before Version, and the README documents Homebrew installation. Added a GitHub Sponsors funding config and removed the CI release job so automated builds can no longer overwrite notarized release assets.
ShareBeacon 0.6
Renamed bundle identifiers from com.mjoe to org.mjoe. Signed with Developer ID and notarized.
