🧬 Hey, I'm Mirzabek

I'm an early-career biologist who likes making useful things with code. I'm especially interested in the space where living systems, data, design, and fast prototyping meet.

I use GitHub as a lab notebook, workshop, and playground — some projects are polished, some are experiments, and some are the "wait, could I build that?" ideas that turn into something surprisingly helpful.

🛠️ What I Like Building

biology curiosity -> questions, papers, organisms, ecosystems
data + code -> scripts, dashboards, small automations
vibe coding -> quick prototypes, weird ideas, AI-assisted workflows
clear design -> tools people can actually read, use, and enjoy

🔭 Current Orbit

  • 🌱 Learning how to turn biological questions into clean, testable code.
  • ⚡ Exploring AI-assisted development to move from idea to prototype faster.
  • 🧰 Building small tools that make research, notes, data, and daily workflows less messy.
  • 🔬 Built a private flow cytometry automation tool — happy to explain the workflow on request.
  • 🧫 Currently working on another automation project in cell biology.
  • 📊 Getting better at communicating science with visuals, interfaces, and readable docs.

🌀 How I Work

  • I like tiny experiments that teach something quickly.
  • I prefer readable tools over clever tools.
  • I enjoy mixing scientific thinking with playful interface design.
  • I build in public — the best way to get sharper is to make, share, and iterate.

✨ Good Reasons To Follow Along

  • You like biology and want to see what early-career scientific building looks like.
  • You're curious about AI-assisted coding without the hype fog.
  • You enjoy small, practical projects with a bit of personality.
  • You're also learning, experimenting, and figuring things out in public.

Biology brain. Builder hands. Curious about the messy middle.
