• The "Show elevation profile" button now toggles the visibility of
  the elevation profile image instead, so it can be hidden after it is
  shown.

• Fixed an error when plotting elevation profile when there was no
  elevation data in the file.

• Fix buffer being incorrectly marked as modified after hiding
  elevation plot.
