v1.8.2 — Stronger post-compaction directive

What's Changed

The pre-compact hook now uses a strong directive after compaction:

IMPORTANT: You MUST call the 'get_context' MCP tool NOW to restore your project knowledge.

Previously it was a passive suggestion that Claude didn't always follow.
