First release of the QR/barcode scanner plugin for DeepSeek Harness.

Tools

• qr_scan — decode images (path, glob, URL), multi-symbol with positions
• qr_scan_screen — in-process GDI capture with optional region
• qr_scan_camera — ffmpeg DirectShow frame grab
• qr_make — render QR PNGs into the session workspace

Performance

Warm decode ~13.6 ms (vs ~750 ms for a Python CLI); full-screen capture + decode ~227 ms.

Quality

14-check offline regression over a 10-image corpus: rotation, inversion, 78 px thumbnails, blur, perspective, multi-symbol, glob input, generate→decode round trip.
