First Release

This is the first release of wimble, and its still a pretty big mess. Since this project is just so I can learn some rust, I hope that its not too bad.

To run:
You will need chromedriver

Instructions for debian/ubuntu:
https://github.com/password123456/setup-selenium-with-chrome-driver-on-ubuntu_debian

Instructions for fedora:
sudo dnf install chromedriver

Instructions for nixos:
nix-env -iA nixos.chromedriver

Start chromedrviver on port 9515:
chromedriver --port=9515

Edit config.toml with your twitch username

[streambot]
channel = your_twitch_username

Then run:
./wimble
