Improvements:
- Removed unused operator import from CountFeaturesInFeaturesByCategory
- Removed unused spatial index from RandomlyRedistributeFeaturesInsidePolygon
- Improved performance of many algorithms by moving expression_context.appendScopes(QgsExpressionContextUtils.globalProjectLayerScopes()) outside of the loops
