Bug Fixes

Version reported correctly when installed via go install

ccmonitor --version now shows the correct version (e.g. v1.2.1) when installed via go install github.com/mkrowiarz/ccmonitor@latest. Previously it always showed dev because go install doesn't support -ldflags. Uses runtime/debug.ReadBuildInfo() as a fallback.
