Did you try to telnet to your device and set region to 198 by command upgradetest sfactoryconf 198, then upload firmware again ?

I did this the other day with mine following a step-by-step guide here on GitHub, it worked really well and I was able to update it with the file from this post too. But the sad thing about this is that I did all this to turn it into a Wi-Fi repeater without needing the Ethernet cable, but it didn't have this option that conventional routers usually have and I ended up doing all this for nothing XD. Now I just have a factory reset ONT with no function.

All of these firmwares are blocked and probably due to the fact the firmware is v9.0.10P7N5 which is newer than all the firmwares provided here and also in other forums and hence fw_flashing blocks it because it's a downgrade. I’ve completely explored everything and found that you can just change the region—even to some that don’t officially exist. You can preserve your settings and change the region code of the device using the command:

echo "current : X" > /userconfig/flag_type
(X is where you put the region code)

Or you can do a full reset to that region with:

upgradetest sfactoryconf X
or
upgradetest sdefconf X

You can either use the built-in region codes for Orange Morocco devices:
20:FTRomania (Romania Orange)
124:SNOrange (Senegal Orange)
128 (remember this regioncode):MoroccoOrange
138:IvorycoastOrange
198:Manufacture

There are also hidden region codes that work, although they’ve been partially removed due to a dirty config caused by software upgrades made by the TR-069/ACS servers, which removed Samba and other functions including the rest of the regioncodes and DB_user_X.xml files. I found these configs by exploring /home/httpd/thinklua/template and other files in /home/httpd/.

Here’s my list:
198 – Factory/Manufacture (basic, no EasyMesh, nothing new apart the addition of management settings)
137 – Malaysian branded / Credential access view (PPP, VoIP, PON Info, TELNET, WLAN, FTP, TR-069, and Samba)
106 - Same as factory (198 however this is for Maroc Télécom and has the VoIP Option 120)
98 – Bridge option / Unbranded
77 – Unbranded / Bridge option / Broken WLAN configurator but includes WLAN settings and UPnP Portmap
14 – Unbranded / Bridge option / Simple EasyMesh (working on my devices)
1 – Factory, Advanced (Legacy & Enterprise WLAN security options; Advanced WLAN settings like WPS PIN option, band steering controls, EasyMesh [which works with my TP-Link EasyMesh setup]; VoIP Option 120; All management settings; Samba [not working since I found the related webpages and scripts were deleted]; UPnP Port Map)

Summary of regioncode 1: Unlocked device giving many more options even though SSID5 or the first profile for 5GHz is disabled for configuring (though it’s possible via inspect element). It's still enabled and broadcasting (likely due to band steering or same SSID). If configured previously under another region code, there’s no problem.

This is the model Orange Morocco gives to clients. It’s called the F6600R, not F6600P, although it’s referred to that way. I figured this out by digging through files on the device.

You might think these are just residual files, but no—remember the region code I mentioned in bold? Look at the bottom! 128 is the region code for Orange Morocco/Méditélécom and also the SW version matches the one displayed on the management webpage. This appears in the file versioncode, but there are four other files:

versioncode_osn_release
versioncode_osn_dummy
versioncode_oci_release
versioncode_oci_dummy

All of them mention F6600R, which is a variant of the F6600P. The actual F6600P should have a CATV port for digital TV. In Romania (according to Orange Community RO), they do have this model with the CATV port and just one POTS port. Here in Morocco, the version Orange/Méditélécom provides lacks the CATV port and includes only one POTS port, just like the F6600R.

At the end of the day, it's the same model range: F6600P. However, this might be the reason firmware upgrades don’t work—the integrity check is the same, but the model class cancels out the software upgrade. I’ve tried a dozen firmware files, including some from other region codes.

The device reboot every 10 minutes meaning the info in TagParam (check by command setmac show2) doesn't match the firmware.. You need someone share their working TagParam of F6600P (in mtd3 iirc) to solve that issue.

Thank you for your quickly respond. But after upgrading this firmware, i can not telnet to change parameter.
