Rename this fork and its CLI to yactionlint. Install with go install github.com/mkusaka/yactionlint/cmd/yactionlint@v0.0.2 or use scripts/download-yactionlint.bash. Configuration is now .github/yactionlint.yaml (or .yml).

Includes the upstream syntax changes shipped in v0.0.1; this release also rejects integer expression literals outside the finite float64 range. The historical v0.0.1 release retains its original actionlint names.
