on Linux, macOS, and Windows. Require Python 3.15 prerelease core install and non-hardware tests on
the same systems. Shipped validation helpers must use platform-safe temporary storage.
Primary surfaces: CI workflows, Python dependency constraints, validation temporary paths,
platform-specific test configuration.
Acceptance:
- All nine stable Python and operating-system combinations pass every required check.
- All three Python 3.15 prerelease operating-system jobs pass the required reduced matrix.
- No platform claim depends on a hard-coded Unix path.
- Required-check status prevents merge and release on any matrix failure.
