Fix or remove minting scripts #22
Description
The minting scripts introduce in #16 aren't working because of vasil. At least BPI would need to be updated to a version supporting vasil. We also have the minting process described in seabug-contracts's README, so we could just remove these scripts. However we would need to keep the parts of the script mentioned in seabug-contracts's README (the image uploading).
