Added

  • Montages are now a thing you build and keep, not a one-off join. Give one a name,
    pick 16:9 or 9:16, add music, and come back to it later.
  • Career montages: pick a player and a date range and fragflow gathers their best
    moments across every match you have.
  • Themed reels for Deagle headshots, knife kills, AK-47 headshots, AWP no-scopes and
    AWP quickscopes, matched exactly rather than approximated.
  • The dashboard is now where a montage gets made: pick your finished videos in the
    order they should play, add one music track, and generate. Your library figures and
    recent work moved alongside it as context.
  • Music now plays under a montage and ducks beneath the gunfire, looping to cover the
    whole video.
  • New demos are picked up automatically from your demo folders and Downloads, with
    analysis progress shown in Matches and a retry for the ones that fail.

Changed

  • Matches, Videos and Settings now fit a phone or a narrow window instead of running
    off the side of the screen.
  • The app is usable from the keyboard and readable by a screen reader: tabs move with
    the arrow keys, progress bars announce what stage they are at, and every control has
    a name.
  • A failing part of the app no longer empties the rest of it. Presets, settings and
    videos load separately, and only the ones that failed ask to be retried.
  • A montage that fails now says which stage went wrong — recording, composing or
    encoding — instead of failing without explanation.
  • Healthy dependencies now show in green, with install and update buttons where
    something needs attention. FFmpeg is included in the version check.

Fixed

  • Choosing a music track for a montage had no effect on the video that came out.
  • A montage with music gave up when its source videos did not line up, instead of
    re-encoding them the way a montage without music already did.
  • Vertical 9:16 videos now play in other apps and are written to your configured
    output folder.
  • The download page no longer offers a beta, or a version whose installer has not
    finished uploading, behind the download button.
