New Features
- 2- and 4-bit displays are now properly supported instead of being downconverted from 8-bit (
4 Grays,4 Colors,16 Grays,16 Colorsin the Monitors control panel) - A list of previously encountered code blocks is now saved, then those addresses are precompiled when you load a game instead of when you reach that block. This makes loading take longer but eliminates compilation entirely during gameplay for blocks you've reached before. This leads to much smoother gameplay
- 1x scale mode on B&W screens is now rendered at half height then dithered, so gray still shows up (at the expense of vertical resolution - I think this looks better and it's definitely more performant, but open to feedback)
