Fixes

• The power button acknowledges the tap instantly. The Micra reports a
  mode change a couple of seconds after the command, so tapping
  Standby/Turn on looked like nothing happened — and invited a second,
  state-undoing tap. The button now immediately disables and reads
  Working... until the machine reports the change (or the link drops, or
  8 seconds pass — it can never stay locked).

Apollo 2 firmware v0.6.1 — one flashable image per supported
Waveshare board (bootloader + partitions + app combined; flash at
offset 0).

Easiest install: the web flasher —
plug the board in and flash from Chrome, no tools needed.

The flasher upgrades in place: your paired machine, Wi-Fi and
settings survive unless you explicitly choose to erase.

Command-line alternative — note the attached .bin is a full
image, so flashing it this way DOES clear saved settings:

esptool.py write_flash 0 apollo2-<board>-v0.6.1.bin
