Non-English in metadata

Describe the bug
unknown symbols in Title

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start exporting any video, open any preset
2. Set Title text in non-English, for example 성
3. Save as new preset. You will see unknown symbols in Title - this is the bug.

Expected behavior
Title should contains original text. Or make warning and reject non-English text
