v2.4.2-pre22

Pre-release for testing -- not a public build.

Do not install unless you're prepared for bugs and will report them on GitHub. YWC's in-app auto-updater ignores pre-releases, so existing users will not be prompted to upgrade to this build.

What's new in v2.4.2-pre22

• New FTDX5000MP and FTDX5000D radio profiles. Both are true dual-receiver radios (MAIN + SUB), so VFO A and VFO B are shown side by side with their own controls and S-meters, reusing the FTdx101MP dual-receiver support. Select your model under Settings > Radio Model.
• The FTDX5000's 8-digit frequency handling (band change and direct frequency entry) is inherited from the FTDX3000 fix already in the pre-release line.

FTDX5000 support is new and being tested with a real radio. The PA Temperature meter is hidden (the FTDX5000 doesn't report it); IDD and VDD remain. Power/S-meter calibration is currently a placeholder cloned from the FTdx101MP and will be refined with real numbers.
