Worker 0.4.11 keeps verified remote blocks peer-readable after a browser restart. Downloads from peers and file servers retain their cache provenance, including every block of encrypted trees. Private local raw blocks remain unavailable to peers; invalid data, misses, timeouts, and failed permission writes do not grant access.
Validation: 225 worker tests across 41 files, TypeScript build and lint pass. The unchanged three-browser Audio test passes with this exact archive: after the original sender closes and the caching browser reloads, a third browser recovers event history and file bytes over authenticated FIPS peers within the original deadline.
