Immutable Hashtree TypeScript runtime packages with block-loader cancellation and subscription cleanup fixes, shared core traversal, and consistent collection pagination. Core tests now run without redundant DOM setup. Encoded data and transport protocols are unchanged.

This bundle also includes the previously committed worker extension hooks, asynchronous Nostr event-verification batches, and Blossom negative-cache retry handling. Internal package dependencies all reference this release's tarballs.

Packages: core 0.3.1, collection 0.2.9, index 0.1.13, dexie 0.1.9, git 0.1.8, mesh 0.3.1, nostr 0.2.2, nostr-pubsub 0.1.2, worker 0.4.2, fips-transport 0.4.9, and unchanged merge 0.1.2.

All tarballs include their source-map targets. SHA256SUMS contains the artifact checksums.
