htree CLI

Install with shell:

Manual macOS/Linux install: download the archive for your platform from the release assets below, extract it, and run ./install.sh.

• Windows x64 CLI: download the zip asset below, extract it, and add htree.exe, htree-cashu.exe, and git-remote-htree.exe to your PATH.

Fixed

• Start the Windows CLI with real operating-system file locks for social-graph
  transactions. Shared readers and exclusive writers retain cross-process
  exclusion, and locks are released when their owner closes or exits.
• Persist Windows profile metadata with write-through renames and durable
  removal of transaction markers, avoiding unsupported directory flushing.
• Avoid startup stack overflows by deferring large command groups and running
  only the selected command's async work. Commands, options and protocol remain
  unchanged.

• Exercise profile-lock contention and actual CLI startup in ordinary Windows
  CI, sharing the startup check with packaged release verification.
• Add a bounded startup regression that also runs with a 1 MiB stack on Unix.
• Includes the complete Git uploads and error reporting fixes from 0.2.140.
