Return a verified full event ID as soon as it is available from the shared worker or native backend. This fixes detail pages waiting for slow relay or peer history despite already having the requested event. Prefix and replaceable-event queries still wait for history before selecting the newest event.

Account keys, cached offline reads, subscription cleanup, and incomplete-history errors are preserved. Updated @iris/hashtree-app to 0.1.5; other runtime packages are unchanged.

Validation: 826 tests passed, 1 skipped, full builds, and isolated packed NodeNext consumer passed. The exact-ID regression failed before the change and passes afterward.

Iris Kit runtime 0.2.5

Add a shared plain-event app client backed by the persistent worker/native runtime and a transport-neutral NIP-46 signer. Existing private-key sessions and recovery client keys are preserved. Cached reads remain usable offline, incomplete history stays distinct from empty history, and subscriptions recover when the backend changes.

Validation: runtime suite, 23 identity tests, 14 app-client tests, and package build/packing passed.

Iris Kit runtime v0.2.3 adds @iris/hashtree-app 0.1.3 with a peer range compatible with @hashtree/core 0.3.0 and pins its development gate to the immutable Hashtree TypeScript v0.5.0 archive.

The shared Iris helpers remain storage- and router-agnostic: product applications consume Hashtree's adaptive BlobRouter rather than copying routing logic. This release also repairs the runtime packer's all-package default while retaining selective package packing for cold consumer tests.
