Highlights

  • Adds strict signed Nostr identity roster operations, device approval flows, and FIPS transport identity facets with shared Rust/TypeScript vectors.
  • Replaces legacy device-approval request links with the canonical three-field bootstrap URI.
  • Uses the released @hashtree/index package instead of maintaining a private 925-line copy.
