0.5.6
- The vault's Drive folder is tagged with a device-local id in Drive
properties, so a moved or renamed folder is found again instead of
starting a fresh one. A folder already tagged for a different vault, or
found only in the trash, fails the sync with a clear message rather than
being taken over or recreated (#78). - Forget this device's folder tag, next to Clear records in Advanced →
Development: forgets the tag above, so the next sync adopts whatever the
folder currently carries, or writes a new one (#228).
0.5.5
0.5.4
- One Sync notices switch covers all informational notices: sync
progress/finished on mobile and now also Synced <file> after Sync this
file. Failures, skipped files and a nearly full Drive always show (#199). - The footer links to the release notes (Drive Bridge X.Y.Z · What's new),
and a one-time notice with the same link shows after an update, once per
vault and device (#164). - The Last sync row shows the connected account and Drive folder as a second
line, redrawn after each sync (#173). bun auditno longer fails CI on moment's path traversal advisory; a
patched moment is forced viapackage.jsonoverrides (#224).
0.5.4-beta.1
Development release built for debug purpose, not recommended for daily usage.
0.5.3
The 0.5.2 release build stopped on a CHANGELOG format check; 0.5.3 ships its
changes.
- The contributing guide is now
CONTRIBUTING.md, the name the community
directory and GitHub look for (#214). - PRIVACY.md lists every address the plugin calls and why, the pages that
buttons open in the browser (Google sign-in, the Google Cloud Console setup
steps, GitHub, Buy me a coffee), and the three uses of base64; the README
points to them (#216).
0.5.1
- Read large vault files through Obsidian's file adapter instead of
fetch,
removing the temporary media-file workaround on iOS (#208). - Reserve memory for the whole local file while uploading it in chunks.
On mobile, files larger than 200 MiB are skipped with a message to sync
them from a computer.
0.5.0
- Stable release of the improvements shipped in 0.4.9: Smart merge,
Never delete on Drive and Changes only scans are the defaults for
fresh installs; existing settings are kept (#209). - Settings exports include only values that differ from the defaults,
together with the Drive folder, client and account. Imports restore omitted
settings to their defaults; older exports remain supported (#210). - Align the manifest, package version and compatibility map with the 0.5.0
release tag so the release build and plugin updates use the correct version.
0.4.9
- New defaults for a fresh install and for Reset to defaults: Smart merge
for conflicts, Never delete on Drive on, and Changes only for the
Drive scan (the first sync still lists everything). Existing settings are
kept (#209). - Export settings carries only what differs from the defaults, so the
file shows what you changed; the Drive folder, client and account always
travel. Import settings sets what the file leaves out back to its
default, so both devices end up the same. Older exports import as before
(#210).
0.4.8
- Drive Bridge is in the Community directory: install it from
Settings → Community plugins → Browse; BRAT is for pre-releases (#204).
Fixes:
- The plugin description no longer includes the word "Obsidian", which the
Community directory review rejects; 0.4.6 and 0.4.7 did not reach the
directory because of it (#206).
0.4.7
Fixes:
- Labels such as Guide read correctly with Obsidian in Turkish (GUIDE, not
GUİDE) (#202).
