First prerelease of the compiled ESM composition host.

The archive provides typed host APIs and plugins for admitted profiles, bounded jobs, document/evidence workers and run completion. Simulator providers and their native qualifications are maintained in robotics-runtime-infra.

Use the TGZ as an ordinary npm file dependency. The pinned toolchain is Node 24.21.0 and npm 11.19.0. Contracts 0.18.3 and harness 0.19.2 retain their independent versions.

Validation covers package integrity, an identical clean rebuild and installation outside the source workspace. The archive SHA-256 is 51c919953f6b761e20c89eee22e7dfe2c7aacb221329b61a99a52cf13ccf1e57. The manifest, checksums and consumer lock/report are included with the archive. Native execution and hardware qualification remain profile-specific.
