We've decided to make this an intermediate release before Inbox 3.0. On this release we are including:
Modify unread behavior: Prevent marking a chat as read when opened.
Prevent auto-focusing on the message input, but allow to read content; focus on enter (which marks as read) and defocus on esc.
Update all shortcuts to single-letter commands (clear use of CMD).
