No change to the tools, their text or their behaviour. This release changes
how the package reaches npm, and what the npm page links to.

Changed

  • Published with provenance, through npm trusted publishing. The release
    workflow publishes on npm 11 and Node 22 with --provenance, signed by
    GitHub Actions for this repository's release.yml at the release tag, and
    authenticates to npm by OIDC instead of a long-lived token. npm audit signatures verifies it; 0.13.0 and earlier carry no provenance. A new
    version is published only from a run on its own tag, so the provenance
    always names the commit that was built (#186).

  • The README links the VS Code extension on the Visual Studio
    Marketplace and on Open VSX (#181).
