v0.1.3 — fix MCP bridge "Permission denied" on macOS

electron/main.js:
- chmod +x backendExe and bridgeExe before spawning the backend on non-Windows
  This MUST happen before spawn because config_watcher.py checks os.X_OK on the
  bridge to decide what path to write into claude_desktop_config.json.
  Without execute bit → _find_bridge_executable() returns None → wrong path written
  → Claude Desktop gets "Permission denied" when trying to launch the bridge.
- Add BridgeExe / BridgeExists to startup log diagnostics

.github/workflows/release.yml:
- Add explicit chmod +x on bridge binary after build in mac-arm64 job
  (defense-in-depth alongside the electron-side fix)
