v0.1.2 — Windows crash diagnostics + auto-updater macOS fix

- electron/main.js: write spawn diagnostics (exe path, exists, exit code)
from Electron side — ensures log is always populated even when backend
  crashes before producing any stdout/stderr
- electron/main.js: add Windows Defender hint to backend error dialog
- electron/main.js: auto-updater on unsigned macOS now opens GitHub
Releases instead of calling quitAndInstall() which fails silently
- README.md, CHANGELOG.md: fix "Apple Silicon + Intel" → "Apple Silicon"
- README.md: fix version badge alt text (0.1.0 → 0.1.2)
