🐛 Patch Changes

  • 0058bad: Skip prompt caching injection for Anthropic subscription (OAuth) requests. Fixes HTTP 400 errors when using Sonnet and Opus models with Claude Max/Pro subscription tokens.
  • 06c2301: Fix cost display for dual-auth providers: when both API key and subscription are connected for the same provider, costs are now correctly calculated instead of being zeroed out.
