Minor Changes

  • 532b6ce: Merge @mnfst/server into manifest plugin and replace better-sqlite3 with sql.js (WASM). Add intelligent model routing with a 23-dimension scoring engine, OpenAI-compatible proxy, heartbeat detection, and a Routing UI page with provider management. Local mode no longer requires native C++ compilation — zero external build dependencies.
