更新内容

• 下载 / 录制页参数选择会被记住：右侧配置栏中的清晰度、音频格式、处理管线、上传目标改为持久保存，切换页面或重启应用后不再回到默认值。
• 配置栏新增提示：标注参数修改只影响新启动的任务（任务启动时会快照当前参数）。
• 稳健性：上次选择的自定义处理管线若已被删除，加载时会自动从选择中清除。

Changes

• Sidebar selections on the download & record pages (quality, audio format, post-processing pipeline, upload targets) are now remembered across page switches and app restarts.
• The config sidebar now notes that edits only affect newly started tasks.
• Selections referencing deleted custom pipelines are cleared automatically.
