BambuStudio with ZAA Contouring (macOS arm64)

BambuStudio-ZAA

Port of Z Anti-Aliasing (ZAA) non-planar contouring to stock BambuStudio.

ZAA eliminates stair-stepping on curved and sloped top surfaces by raycasting each extrusion point against the mesh and adjusting Z height to follow the true surface geometry.

How to use

1. Download and open the DMG
2. Drag BambuStudio-ZAA.app to Applications
3. Open BambuStudio-ZAA
4. Load a model with curved top surfaces
5. Enable Z contouring in Print Settings > Quality
6. Slice — Z values will vary within each layer on contoured surfaces
