Prism 0.6.1 fixes what the 0.6.0 rehearsal found. Connected agents no longer stop before their preview: setup-project is not a precondition of lifecycle work, and the skills that confirm an interpretation show it together with the preview, where the human confirms. The full lifecycle journey passes with real agent hosts. Dependency discovery fails closed, prism doctor checks the Docker daemon, the web pack pins a supported eslint, and the standard instruction files fit one read_workspace page.

Fixed

  • setup-project no longer blocks connected lifecycle work. template/AGENTS.md.jinja and the setup-project skill say once that setup initializes the wiki and the advisory board, that it runs in the agent host on the files (the direct-file workflow) and never through a connected board, and that lifecycle work does not wait for it. Until setup runs, the advisory board is not set up: board-review is unavailable (it reports that and changes nothing) and a feature that needs a review keeps advisory-review: pending. The placeholder BOARD.md and PROJECT_FOUNDATION.md no longer say to run setup first, and list_skills describes setup-project as a direct-file operation that lifecycle work does not wait for, instead of an unfinished connected write. A strict host that read "before anything else" stopped at po-specify and never previewed; a test now fails when a lifecycle skill, the connected guide or the lifecycle protocol makes setup a precondition.
  • po-intake, ingest and design-intake in connected mode show their interpretation together with the preview. On the connected board the preview is where the human confirms, so the skill prepares the proposal and presents the summary with the complete preview in one message instead of stopping with a question first; a conflict still stops in both workflows, and the direct-file workflow keeps its stop. feature-scope, verify-pages and ask likewise confirm at the preview instead of before it.
  • prism doctor checks that the Docker daemon answers. A found docker binary is probed with docker info (10-second limit). A stopped or unresponsive daemon is reported as [warn] with the way out (start Docker Desktop or the Docker service), counted under "Platform path" and offered as the next step, instead of [ready]. It does not change the exit status.
  • The nextjs-web pack pins a supported eslint. packs/versions.yml moves eslint from the deprecated 9.39.5 to 10.12.0, and the lockfile and golden/ are regenerated; no package of the lockfile is deprecated, and a test enforces it. The generated web app's install, lint, typecheck, tests and build pass.
  • Partial reads are explained. missing_read_revisions says when a file was read only in part (how much of it) and gives the exact call that continues the read: the same paths and the returned cursor. invalid_cursor for a cursor sent with other paths names the path list of the read it belongs to (or says that the list is no longer known after a restart), and never shows another participant's paths.
  • read_workspace pages fit the standard instruction files. Every MCP tool result is now at most 48,000 characters (the structured data at most 46,000), up from 32,000 and 30,000, so SCHEMA.md (about 40,200 characters as a page), LIFECYCLE.md and CONNECTED.md each arrive in one page and a host that never follows a cursor still reads them whole.

Security

  • Dependency discovery no longer fails open. When the files an operation depends on cannot be determined (for example a second page with the same feature ID appears), the check before a write, a retry, a move and a recovery stops with the recovery_dependencies_unavailable conflict instead of binding a partial snapshot of the recorded sources, so a requirement page added at the same moment is no longer missed. The known limitation is removed from SECURITY.md.
